For participants attending in person, the nightly accommodation fee* is 1500 TRY.

 

Important Notice Accommodation planning and reservation procedures for participants whose papers have been accepted will be coordinated by the Organizing Committee.

* The accommodation fee is charged per apartment. The units are designed as apart-style flats consisting of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, restroom, and bathroom. The living room includes two sofas that can be converted into beds.

There are no restrictions for participants who wish to stay with their families.​

​

Participants who do not stay with their families are deemed to have accepted shared accommodation in advance. In the case of shared occupancy, the pricing is as follows:

• Two-person occupancy: 750 TRY per person per night

• Three-person occupancy: 500 TRY per person per night
