Gediz Ilıca Thermal Village

For participants attending in person, the nightly accommodation fee* is 1500 TRY.

 

Important Notice Accommodation planning and reservation procedures for participants whose papers have been accepted will be coordinated by the Organizing Committee.

​

* The accommodation fee is charged per apartment. The units are designed as apart-style flats consisting of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, restroom, and bathroom. The living room includes two sofas that can be converted into beds. Thermal spring water is available in all units.

​

There are no restrictions for participants who wish to stay with their families.​

​

Participants who do not stay with their families are deemed to have accepted shared accommodation in advance. In the case of shared occupancy, the pricing is as follows:

​

  • Two-person occupancy: 750 TRY per person per night

  • Three-person occupancy: 500 TRY per person per night
